Summary of Association:

The Riverwalk at Edwards Property Owners Association, AKA: (The Riverwalk Master Association) or (REPOA) was incorporated in October of 1995 to provide an entity for the furtherance of the interests of the owners or property in Riverwalk.  The Association members consist of all the buildings within Riverwalk.  We have 14 buildings and they are the: Bank Building (Wells Fargo) , Theatre Building, Village Market Building, Crystal Building, Topaz Building, Amber Building, River Centre Building, 1st & Main Building, Diamond Building, Emerald Building, Opal Building, Garnet Building,  Quartz and Ruby.  All of the buildings in this Master Association are a mixture of residential, retail and commercial space.

To Riverwalk Master Association oversees the daily cleaning and maintenance of the following area outside the foot of all 14 buildings: sidewalks, stairwells, surface parking, underground parking facilities, master elevators (Diamond and Amber), roads, lawns, pedestrian path ways and trash enclosures. The goal of the board through a property manager and chief engineer is keep a facility that both the homeowners the commercial and retail owners are, proud to be part of.   With an additional goal of appealing to the consumer making them want to return again and again to experience what ownership at the Riverwalk provides on a daily basis. 

The administrative/accounting manager (Select Management Services) administers and maintains all accounting aspects of community operations under the direction of The Riverwalk Master Association Board of Directors. The chief engineer is responsible for all maintenance issues outside the perimeter of your buildings:  sidewalks, parking, landscaping, lighting, security, trash removal, snow removal, etc.  The board of directors is comprised of seven members that are elected from the membership of the master association. From this group of seven a president, vice president and a secretary/treasurer are elected. The board meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 3:00 pm in the offices of Robertson & Marchetti located at 28 2nd Street in the Topaz building. Select Management in preparation for these meeting will send out all meeting notifications, agendas, previous meeting minutes and reports on monthly financials to the board members for review prior to the meeting.  Any member or owner wishing to attend the monthly meeting or have an item added to the agenda please call Select Management at (970) 328-9311. 

Mission Statement

 The Riverwalk at Edwards Property Owners Association, Inc., a non profit organization, was formed to provide an entity that would govern and operate the association and the mixed-use development project. The objectives of the association, through its board, are to promote health and safety and to preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life of the owners and members of the association.  The association is run in compliance with Colorado Common Interests Act, Senate Bill 100/89, according to the articles of incorporation, bylaws of the association, declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions and any procedures, and any rules regulations or policies adopted pursuant to such documents.
